Important Change: No more castings by group: Formerly, castings were available by group, but only one or two people bought them that way. Selling castings piecemeal makes planning more difficult, so from now on, castings will only be sold as complete sets. This does not apply to replacements. If you need a replacement, please contact.
SHIPPING: will be by USPS unless otherwise requested. The box used for a complete set is 16 x 16 x 16, and weighs about 15 lbs.
PAYMENT: In the U.S., bank or personal checks are accepted. Both are subject to bank holds, of a week to two weeks. There is no fee for electronic bank transfer in the U.S. Also, there is no fee for Paypal, if it is funded by a Paypal balance or a linked bank account, and it is a 'personal' transfer, NOT payment for goods. If you wish to use a credit card, there will be a 3% fee. Foreign bank transfers are subject to a $40 fee, because of bank fees and international currency exchange fees. A Paypal transfer from outside the U.S. is subject to a 1% fee if 'personal' and funded by a bank account, or a 4% fee if funded by credit card. Contact for details.
RETURNS: Within 30 days of delivery, a full
refund (less shipping charges and a 5% restocking charge) for as-sent parts
and drawings will be given. Please use this period to decide whether
the project appears feasible. After the 30 day examination period,
no refunds will be made.
